These terms govern your use of the Reelvana app and the reelvana.app website. By using Reelvana, you agree to them.

1. The app

Reelvana is a mobile app that records, prompts, captions, cleans, edits, coaches, watermarks, and shares short-form video, with most processing on your device and a few optional cloud-powered features. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on devices you own or control.

2. Your content

Everything you record and create with Reelvana is yours. We claim no ownership of your videos, audio, or scripts. Your video stays on your device; the only content sent to us is what a cloud feature needs to work (your script text for the AI script tools, a clip's audio for cloud captions, or, for Vana the voice assistant, your recorded command and the sentence it was transcribed into), used solely to return that result. Separately, the app collects analytics and crash data tied to an ID, and, if you sign in, your email address and sometimes your name. Everything we receive is described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove what we hold at any time, see Delete your data. You are responsible for the content you create and for having the rights to any music, footage, or material you include.

3. Your account

You do not need an account to use Reelvana's core features. If you sign in, give an email address you control and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account and data any time in Settings, then Account, then Delete my data, as described on Delete your data. Deleting your data does not cancel a paid subscription; manage that in your App Store or Google Play account.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Reelvana.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Reelvana to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates the policies of the platforms you share to. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app.

6. Subscriptions and purchases

Reelvana is free to use. Pro features are available through subscription or a one-time purchase, billed by Apple or Google. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. A free trial, where offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

7. Availability

We work to keep Reelvana reliable but provide it "as is," without warranty of any kind. Features may change, and on-device processing depends on your device's capabilities, which the app reflects truthfully.

8. Termination

You can stop using Reelvana at any time. We may suspend or end access to cloud features or an account that breaks section 5 (Acceptable use) or abuses the service.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelvana and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost footage. Keep your own backups of anything important.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date above and post the new version here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
